摘  要:目的通过观察脑血管病患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平探讨胆红素对同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)引起脑血管损伤的可能保护作用。方法采用经CT确诊的脑血管病患者共82例,对照组35例。分别取血测定血清总胆红素(TB)、hs-CRP、Hcy、脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]水平并比较分析。结果脑血管疾病患者血清Hcy、hs-CRP和Lp(a)水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01),TB水平明显低于对照组;血清TB水平与hs-CRP和Hcy呈负相关,Hcy与hs-CRP呈正相关;血清Lp(a)与TB、Hcy及hs-CRP未见显著相关。结论胆红素对高Hcy引起的脑血管损伤可能具有一定的保护作用。Objective To investigate the relationship between the serum total bilirubin(TB) and homoeystelns(Hey), hs-CRP, Lp(a) in cerebrovascular disease(CVD). Methods Serum TB, Hey, hs-CRP and Lp(a) were measured in 82 eases with CVD and 35 control. Results The Hcy, hs-CRP and Lp(a) level were significantly higher in CVD group than those of the control group( P 〈 0.01 or 0.05), and the TB level was significantly lower in CVD group than that in control group( P 〈 0.05). In the patient with CVD, there were negative relationship between serum TB and hs-CRP, TB and Hcy, and a positive relationship between serum Hey and hs-CRP(P 〈 0.05). Thcre were no significant relationships between the serum Lp(a) and serum TB, Hey, hs-CRP(P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Low serum bilirubin level could be a risky factor for hyperhomeeysteinemia eerebrovascular disease.
