摘  要:目的通过对新生儿脐静脉血中视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP),前白蛋白(PA),转铁蛋白(TRF)浓度的检测,以分析RBP,PA,TRF在新生儿的营养状况评价中的意义。方法用美国Dade Behring BNP特定蛋白分析仪采用速率散射比浊法测定新生儿脐静脉血中RBP、PA、TRF的含量。根据胎龄简易评分法,按出生体重百分位数图确定胎龄将新生儿分为小于胎龄儿(SGA)和适于胎龄儿(AGA),并进行分组比较。结果SGA组脐静脉血RBP、PA含量明显低于AGA组,差异非常显著(P<0.01)。而这两组的TRF浓度无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论新生儿脐静脉血中RBP、PA含量是判断新生儿营养状况的敏感指标,对新生儿营养不良早期以及亚临床营养不良的诊断有重要意义。Objective By comparing and analyzing the cord serum levels of prealbumin(PA), transferrin(TRF) and retinolbinding-protein(RBP) to indicate the importance of RBP, PA, TRF in the field of infant nutritional assessment. Methods The cord serum concentration oi prealbumin(PA), transferrin(TRF) and retinol-binding-protein(RBP) were determined by Date Behring BNP with the rate nephelometry. The results were compared to different nutritional status. Results The cord serum concentration of PA, RBP of the SGAs' are lower than AGAs' significantly( P 〈 0.01). But there is no significant diffirence between SGAs' TRF level and AGAs'. Conclusion RBP and PA are sensitive indicators of the neonates' nutritional assessment. They are very important for diagnosing infants' malnutrition and subclinical malnutrion.
