腮腺腺淋巴瘤超声诊断与病理、临床对照分析

摘　　要：目的总结腮腺腺淋巴瘤的声像图特点,结合病理基础、临床特点对照分析,旨在提高其诊断符合率。方法除常规观察肿瘤声像图的各项指标外,还注意临床病史的采集,并对40例腺淋巴瘤的声像图与病理特点进行对照分析。结果腺淋巴瘤声像图多呈囊实混合性的弱低回声,后壁回声增强,实质部分回声较为均匀,境界清晰,形态规则;临床资料示多数肿瘤发生于老年男性腮腺耳下区,质中偏软,表面光滑且形态规则。上述特点均与其病理基础有密切关系。结论腮腺腺淋巴瘤声像图特征性表现主要基于其病理组织结构的特点;超声检查结合肿瘤临床资料能进一步提高超声对该病的诊断准确率。Objective To promote the diagnostic accordance rate of the adenolymphoma of parotid gland, we summarized the ultrasonographic features of adenolymphoma of parotid gland and analyzed the contrasts of uhrasonography to pathologic results and clinical situation. Methods In addition to routine observation, the history information and clinical situation were collected. Beside, forty patients with adenolymphoma of parotid gland were studied by ultrasonography and pathology. Results A great number of the adenolymphomas of parotid gland showed that mixed echoes of cystic and solid with inferior lower echo, Its posterior echo could be enhanced, the substantial component echo was equal, boundary was clear and morphology was regular. The clinical data showed that most of this cases were elderly male, a great number of the tumors were situated in infraauricular region, middle in hardness, surface was smooth and glossy, form was regular. Those characteristics mentioned above have a close relationship with the pathology. Conclusions The ultrasonography of the adenolymphoma of parotid gland is mainly based on the characteristics organization of pathology. The combination of Ultrasonography and clinical information can make the accuracy rate of diagnosis higher.
