摘　　要：目的探讨撕膜技术在小瞳孔白内障手术中的安全性和有效性。方法32只眼小瞳孔白内障,其中14只眼为陈旧虹膜睫状体炎,18只眼为抗青光眼术后,用撕囊镊撕除瞳孔区机化膜,连续环形撕开前囊,囊袋内植入人工晶体,观察手术并发症和术后视力,观察时间为术后3月。结果术后视力较术前明显提高,脱盲率为90%,脱残率70.9%,无严重并发症发生。结论本手术方法对小瞳孔并发白内障有良好的疗效,手术损伤小,不伤及虹膜,术后前节反应轻,值得推广。Objective To study the safety and effectiveness of tearing the membrane in phaco with small pupil. Methods Surgeries werc performed with phacoenausification through tearing the membrane on 32 eyes of cataract with small pupil, including 18 eyes with glaucoma after filtering operation, 14 eyes with uvitis. Results The method of tearing the membrane in phacoemulsification with small pupil eyes is safe and effective, after operation. 90% eyes were relieved from blindness, 70.9% eyes rehabilitated from law vision, the visual acuity improved quickly, no serious complication presented. Conclusions The method of tearing the membrane could protect the iris from injury, is a safe and effective method for management of cataract with small pupil, the related complication can be decreased by skillful manipulation.
