摘 要:目的:研究肺癌肿瘤组织内支气管动脉树X线解剖学类型。方法:对61例肺癌患者行选择性支气管动脉造影(BAG)检查,按照瘤体内供血动脉的形态进行分型研究;根据分型结果选择不同介入方法进行介入治疗。结果:肿瘤组织内支气管动脉树X线解剖学形态可分为四种类型,即树干树枝型(10例,占16.4%)、树干树叶型(33例,占54.1%)、树枝树叶型(15例,占24.6%)、悬铃木树型(3例,占4.9%)。四种不同的解剖学类型采用不同的介入治疗方法显效率分别为30%、57.6%、86.7%、33.3%,总有效率75.4%。结论:根据支气管动脉树不同类型采取不同的介入治疗术式,其疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。Objective:To analyze X-ray anatomy type of branch-arteriorgraphy tree in pulmonary carcinoma. Methods:The branch-arteriography of 61 cases of pulmonary carcinoma were observed and analyzed. The X- ray anatomy type of branch-arteriorgraphy tree was analyed by the arteral morphology in lung cancer tissue. The interventional therapy should be done according to x-anatomy type. Results:4 kinds of X-ray anatomy type of banch-arteriorgraph tree in palmonay carcinoma tissise were tree-stem branch-anatomy type ( 10 cases, 16.4% ) ,tree-stem lobes-anatomy type ( 33 cases, 54.1% ), treebraneh-treelobes x-ray anatomy anatomy type ( 15 cases,24.6% ) and chinar tree x-ray anatomy type (3 cases,49% ) .The efficienly of 4 kinds of interventional therapy was respectively 30%, 57.6%, 86.7%, 33%, the total efficieny was 75 %. Conclusion: The interventional therapy should be. taken accordig to the X-ray anatomy type of brachial arteriograply.
