U型保护罩在上颌中切牙倒置埋伏阻生矫治中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨牙合垫式U型保护罩在上颌中切牙倒置埋伏阻生矫治中的应用.方法:手术开窗显露牙冠后,在增隙的同时,在U型保护罩的支持下固定矫治上颌中切牙倒置埋伏阻生21例.结果:在U型保护罩的支持作用下,矫治8～12个月,20例倒置埋伏阻生牙经矫正进入牙列,失败1例.结论:倒置埋伏阻生的上颌中切牙通过微创手术,在U型保护罩的支持下,用固定正畸技术能排入正常牙列,不需拔除,恢复了牙列的自然完美.Objective： To study the function of the protection “U” in the orthodontic treatment of the reversely unpacted maxnlary central incisors. Methods： By surgical operation, the crown was exposed and the space was enlarged. The inversely impacted maxillary central incisors of 20 cases were treated and fixed in support of the protection “U”. Results：The inversely impacted teeth of 20 cases were aligned after using fixed appliance under support of the protection “U” for 8-12 months,but flailed in 1 case. Conclusion：The inversely impacted maxillary central incisors could be aligned by operation and fixed appliance under support of the protection “U” without extracting them.
