摘 要:目的了解生长发育期颅面形态与上气道各部位之间的关系,探讨生长发育期安氏Ⅱ1错牙合不同生长型的颅面结构对气道的影响,为指导临床矫治提供依据。方法选取安氏Ⅱ1高角型、平均型、低角型各30名,正常牙合30名,各组性别、年龄相匹配。120名儿童均拍摄标准头位的X线部位侧位片,将安氏Ⅱ1高角型、平均型、低角型分别与正常牙合做比较,分析三种不同生长型的颅面结构对上气道的影响。结果与正常牙合比较,安氏Ⅱ1高角型、平均型均表现上气道狭窄,且高角型气道狭窄的部位更多,程度更明显。结论生长发育期安氏Ⅱ1错牙合不同生长型颅面形态与上气道结构密切相关。Objective To learn the relationship of craniofacial growth pattern with each part of upper airway in the adolescence and the effects of craniofacial structure on upper airway of different growth pattern of Angle' s Class Ⅱ , Division Ⅰ .Methods The sample consisted of 60 males aged from 11.5-14 years old and 60 females aged from 11-13 years old with Class Ⅱ, Division Ⅰ dentitions. They were divided into high angle group, average angle group, low angle group, and normal occlusion group, Every group consist of 30 subjects. Cephalograms were analyzed for all subjects. Results Compared with the normal group, the main feature of high - angle and average - angle of Angle' s Ⅱ^1 indicated mandibular retrusion and upper - airway narrowing, especially in the high - angle group. Conclusion The craniofacial growth pattern of Angle' s Class Ⅱ , Division Ⅰin the adolescence was ocrrelated with upper airway structure.
