全瓷树脂粘接固定桥的临床应用探索

摘　　要：目的探索应用IPS EmpressⅡ热压铸陶瓷材料制作树脂粘接固定桥的方法,观察临床效果。方法共完成树脂粘接固定桥8个,三单位双端固定桥7个,两单位单端固定桥1个。共计23单位,其中桥体8单位,固位体15单位。于修复后2天、3个月、1年、以后每年进行临床检查,内容包括:边缘适合性、颜色、牙龈状态、固位、折断或破损情况、功能。结果8例患者,最长复查时间17个月,最短复查时间3个月,平均12个月。临床检查结果中,各项检查结果均为良好。结论EPS EmpressⅡ热压铸陶瓷材料制作全瓷树脂粘接固定桥修复前牙缺失,短期内临床效果较好,但其强度是否满足临床要求还需进一步观察。Objective The clinical and laboratory procedures of IPS Empress Ⅱ all - porcelain resin - bonded bridges were introduced and clinical effects of this kind of new restoration were observed in this study. Methods There were8 patients taking part in the study, 8 resin- bonded bridges were evaluated, including： 7 3- unit fixed - fixed bridges and a cantilevered bridge. There are 23 units, including 8 pontics and 15 retainers. Clinical observations were done after 2 days, 3 months and a year, including marginal fit, aesthetics, gingival health, retention and fracture. Then the restorations were followed up every year. Results The average observation time in 8 patients was 12 months, ranging from 3 to 17 months. The results of clinic evaluation were quite well. Conclusion IPS Empress Ⅱall - porcelain resin - bonded bridges, as the replacement of missing anterior teeth, performed well during short time. Therefore further clinical investigations are needed to prove the reliability of such material.
