摘　　要：目的探讨75岁以上高龄直肠癌的诊治特点。方法回顾性分析诊治的128例75岁以上老年性直肠癌诊疗过程。结果手术根治率可达86%,手术并发症发生率为28.7%,死亡率为2.5%;低位直肠癌保肛率达61%,且85.4%的患者对于术后控便情况表示满意。结论高龄直肠癌患者经积极的围手术期治疗,手术疗效明显,且低位直肠癌保肛手术后患者控便机能良好。Objective To study the surgical treatment of elderly patients over 75 years with rectal cancer. Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of surgical treatment in 128 rectal cancer patients over 75 years of age was done. Results In this series, tumor radical curative rate was 86 %, the postoperative complication rate was 28.7 %, the operative death rate was 2.5 %, the anus - retained operation rate was 61%, and the bowel control satisfaction rate of patients was 85.4 %. Conclusion The elderly patients is often complicated with other diseases, but proper perioperative management may improve the operative effect. The elderly patients with rectal cancer subject to the anus - retained operation have a reasonable expectation of acceptable continence.
