摘 要:以从海洋环境中分离到4株蛭弧菌作为生物净化因子,对16株常见海产品潜在食源性致病弧菌进行裂解(消除)试验。结果表明,Bh04-41a、Bh04-4、Bh04-A+和Bh04-1f等4株蛭弧菌分别可裂解4、7、11、12株致病弧菌,裂解率为24%、43.8%、68.8%、75%;4株一起,则可裂解15株弧菌,裂解率高达93.8%。研究结果展示了蛭弧菌在消除海产品中潜在食源性致病弧菌的可行性。Four strains of Bdellovibrio sp., designated as Bh04- 4, Bh04 -41a, Bh04- A+ and Bh04 - lf, were isolated from seawater. Their lytic abilities of 16 potentially pathogenic vibfios found in seafood were investigated. The results showed that strain Bh04 - 4 broke down 7 out of the 16 vibfios, corresponding to 43.8% lysis ability; Bh04 - 41a lysed 4 vibrios (22.2% lysis ability) ; Bh04 - A+ 12 vibrios (66.7% lysis ability) and Bh04 - If 13 pathogens (72.2% lysis abihty). The four Bdellovibrio stains broke down 15 out of 16 pathogens, amounting to 93.8% lysis ability. These results demonstrated that utilization of Bdellovibrio in elimination of potentially pathogenic seafood - borne Vibrios was feasibile.
