套管膨胀加固模拟仿真分析

摘　　要：基于弹塑性理论,建立了修井作业中套管膨胀加固非线性有限元模型,对套管加固补贴件的非线性膨胀过程进行了数值模拟,分析了膨胀过程中所需的驱动力以及加固密封效果,并根据计算结果提出了一些意见和建议。Ased on the elastoplastic theory, we have established the no-linear FE model of and the casing expandable reinforce in the well workover operation, performed the numerical simulation of the no-linear expanding procedure of the compensator. Analyzing has been done for the drive power of the expanding system and the pressurize effect of the expandable reinforce. The paper puts forward some suggestions according to the result of analysis.
