探讨急诊护理工作在举证责任倒置实施后的对策

摘　　要：通过分析举证责任倒置的有关规定,结合急诊科护理工作特点,提出了急诊科护理工作的应对策略:增强医护人员的法律意识,提高急诊护士的自我保护意识,落实急诊护理岗位准入制度,完善急诊护理文书的标准监控,改进相关科室间的接口管理,加强与患者及其家属的有效沟通。正确应对举证责任倒置是有效减少和避免医疗纠纷,确保无过失医疗事故发生的关键。This article analyzed the clauses of onus pobandl inversion and proposed some strategies according to the characteristics of emergency nursing works,such as strengthening legal consciousness of medical staff,enhanclng nurses＇ awareness of self- protection,lmplementing post qualification system, perfecting the writing and detection of nursing records, improving the intercourse management of correlative departments, and strengthening effective communication with patients and their families. Correctly application of onus pobandi inversion is the key point to reduce medical dispute and avoid medical accident.
