双途径化疗治疗晚期肺癌并胸腔积液33例报道

摘　　要：目的观察双途径化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌合并胸腔积液的疗效。方法采用胸腔穿刺、CVP管植入灌注顺铂+地塞米松与长春瑞宾(NVB)+顺铂(DDP)联合静脉化疗相结合的方法治疗33例肺癌。结果治疗胸腔积液的有效率为93.94%,肺部病灶治疗有效率为48.48%。结论双途径给药为临床上值得推广的方法。Objective To observe the clinical effects of combined chemotherapy to treat the advanced non - small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） merger pleural effusion by two - way. Methods At the first the pleural effusion was drained out from an embedded CVP vessel and then infused the cisplatin and desamethason . Take the intravenous injection of homemade vinnrelbine and cisplatin combined with thoracic cavity administration. Results The total efficiency rate＇of treating pleural effusion in curcinoma of lung was 93.94% , the total efficiency rate of treating lump of lung was 48.48%. Conclusion The two - way of combined chemotherapy is effective and practical .
