高校贫困生资助及成才教育初探

摘　　要：高校贫困生资助问题是我国高等教育面临的一个十分重要而紧迫的理论和现实课题。运用教育学、心理学以及有关贫困生资助的相关理论,分析了我国高校贫困生在经济层面和心理、学习、思想等成才层面存在的主要问题,呼吁高校要转变观念,关注主体意识、主体需求,正确认识贫困生问题。对于如何做好贫困生资助工作,提出了应遵循的基本原则以及树立“促进贫困生全面发展”的资助理念,并就这一理念的构建与实施给出了具体的对策建议。It is very urgent and significant to research into the problems of financing needy students in universities facing higher education both in theory and in practice. By using pedagogy, psychology, theories concerned about financing needy students, the thesis first analyzes the main problems at the level of economy and the level of success in such aspects as mentality, study and thought of needy students in the universities of China. At the same time, it appeals the universities should change their notions, pay close attention to the subject-oriented consciousness and need, and treat correctly the problems concerning needy students. Then it puts forward basic principles which should be followed and establishes the financial concept of stimulating their all - round development in how to do well in the financing work . Finally it gives the concrete countermeasures and suggestions to the construction and implementation of the concept.
