摘　　要：台湾地区行政诉讼制度是在旧中国行政诉讼制度的基础上发展起来的,在其演进过程中,吸收了大陆法系国家,特别是德国的经验,历经两次大的修改,形成了现有体系。对台湾地区行政诉讼法发展脉络的考察,可以为大陆行政诉讼法的修改提供思路并予以借鉴。The Administrative procedure sytstem in Taiwan has been improved from the one of the Old China. Duing its development, it absorbed experiences from countries which belong to the Continental legal system,especially German. Since being formed , it has been amended twice. Reviewing the development of Taiwan＇s Administrative procedure law could provide some lessons and experiences for our amendment of Administrative procedure law.
