摘　　要：为了适应我国由计划经济体制向社会主义市场经济体制过渡,对国有小型企业理顺产权关系,充分发挥"利益驱动"作用,提出了发展"公有私营"经营方式的方案设想。In order to suit the transformation from our national planned economic system to the socialist market economic system,the relationship with property right of the state-minor enterprises is put in good order,fully displaying the function as the'benefits-driving'.The paper presents a supposed scheme for business running mode in promoting'Privately Own the Public Owner- ship'.
