摘  要:目的:观察成都地区正常牙合人的面形、上牙弓形和切牙形的相关性。方法:选取成都地区年龄16~40岁正常牙合个体65名,获取其面形、上牙弓形和切牙形的图像后,以方圆形、椭圆形和尖圆形进行分类、统计学处理并用相关软件进行数字化采点、多次方程曲线拟合分析。结果:成都地区正常牙合人的面形、上牙弓形和切牙形三者一致性所占比率为男性32%、女性37.1%。上牙弓以椭圆形居多,占48%(男)和51.4%(女)。多次方程曲线对牙弓的拟合效果良好而对面形和切牙形的效果不佳。上切牙唇面以平坦型居多。结论:成都地区正常牙合人的面形、弓形和切牙形三者的相关性较低,而它们两两间的相关性较高。4次方程曲线可对牙弓进行良好的拟合。Objective To investigate the correlation between the forms of face ,upper arch and maxillary incisor of the normal occlusion sample and the incisors' labial contour. Methods Sixty-five normal occlusion individuals aging from 16 yrs to 40 yrs were chosen and their images of face, upper arch and incisor were obtained . Each individual' s face form, arch form and incisor form were respectively categorized into square, oval or taperd type by an orthodontic specialist group. Furthermore, the forms were digitized and undergone polynomial fitting analysis by using corresponding software. Results The frequency distribution that one person's three forms are of the same type is 32% in male and 37.1% in female. Most investigated upper arches are oval shape. Polynomial equations can fit the arch forms well but not the face and incisor forms. Flat-type labial contour is predominately seen in the sample. Conclusion The correlation of the three forms is rather low, but the correlation between every two forms is comparatively high. The curves of 4 order polynomial equation can fit the dental arches well.
