摘　　要：通过分析医学美术教育的现状,阐述医学美术人才队伍建设与发展的重要性,并提出与此相关的几点建议,以求推动我国医学美术教育的发展,使之能够跟上现代教育发展的步伐.This article analyzes the current situation of education of medical fine arts and discusses the importance of cultivation and development of talents of our medical fine arts. Several suggestions are brought forward to promote the development of medical fine arts education in China so as to keep pace with the development of modern education.
