摘　　要：通过对口腔外科进修医师状况分析,讨论了口腔外科进修医师教学的特点和存在问题,进一步探讨了新时期对口腔外科进修医师培养的策略,促进了教学质量的提高.By analyzing the status of oral surgery refresher doctors, we discussed the characteristics and problems of clinical teaching for refresher doctors of oral surgery. Strategies of clinical teaching for refresher doctors of oral surgery in the new era are explored so as to improve the quality of clinieal teaching.
