摘  要:在试验室比较研究了两种不同的COREX模拟炉渣的粘度和脱硫能力。结果表明:高MgO(含MgO约20%)炉渣和类似宝钢高炉炉渣成分(含MgO约7%)的炉渣的粘度值在1350℃以上高温区均低于2.0Pa·s,二者对高硫铁水的脱硫能力也基本相同,二者渣铁的硫分配(S)/[S]分布在25~45之间。在热力学分析和试验结果分析的基础上,提出了宁波北仑钢厂COREX熔融还原炉熔剂使用既可以石灰石为主也可以白云石为主这一设想。With the laboratory investigation of the viscosity and desulphurization ability of two different simulated MgO-bearing slags for COREX process(respectively about 20% and 7% ), the results demonstrated that both slags had the viscosity lower than 2. 0 Pa. s at above 1350 ℃,about the same desulphurization ability for high sulphur molten iron, and their sulphur distribution,or (S)/[S] was in the range of 25~45. The desulphurization ability had no direct relation with MgO content of slag. Furthermore, it is suggested that either limestone or dolomite can be used as fundamental fluxes for COREX process in Beilun Steel Works on the basis of the thermodynamic analysis and experimental results.
