摘　　要：概述了进化论的发展和其现代生物学依据,指出进化论对社会、科学发展的重大影响;重点论证了自然选择条件下的竞争机制的生物学意义及其与市场条件下的竞争机制之间的相似性;指出采用竞争机制是我国二十多年来经济腾飞的决定性因素之一,竞争机制是大自然的启示,是必由之路。The paper deals with the developments anti the biologieal foundations of the theory of evolution ;Points out that since the appearance of the theory it has been making important influences both on the society and the science based on the analyses of the hoth positive and negative evidences in which the theory had been applied. It compares and analyses the similarities of the competition meehanism both in the natural selection and the market economics, It seems that the competition mechanism both in the nature and in the market economy is a best choice to solve the complicated problems such as resources distribution, survivor and development, etc. Furthermore, the paper concludes that the man＇s potential abilities in competition. may be a result of the evolution and the competition mechanism may be a uotice from the nature.
