摘　　要：我国高等教育自1999年扩招以来,学生人数急剧扩张,而教育质量确实存在不少问题。本文分析了问题存在的原因,提出了深化教育改革的基本思路,在规模扩张的同时,要严格保障教学质量,使我国高等教育事业健康、协调、持续发展。With the drastic increase of the number of students,there exist some problems in the quality of higher ducation since the expansion of higher education in China in 1999.This paper analyses the reasons of the existing problems, and puts forward some basic ideas on deepening the reform of education,which aims at guaranteeing good teaching quality,and ensuring that higher education in China can develop healthily, harmoniously and continuously
