摘　　要：文章介绍了钢丝螺套的基本结构和工作原理,讨论了在改、加装钢丝螺套时,钢丝螺套、加工刃具及机体加工尺寸的关系,同时还对机体加工工艺及钢丝螺套参数作了分析。This paper presents the radical structure and princile of wire thread insert, discusses the relationship among wire thread insert cutting tools and process dimensions in the course of refit and fixing,and analyses the machining process and the parameters of wire thread inserts.
