摘 要:为了探讨大鼠脊髓全横断后不同时相(3、7、14、21d)脊髓内BDNF表达的变化,我们采用免疫组织化学ABC法和阳性神经元计数,来检测脊髓全横断后不同时相BDNF的表达。结果发现:(1)BDNF免疫阳性产物主要位于腹角运动神经元,胞浆着色;(2)脊髓全横断后脊髓腹角BDNF阳性细胞数3d开始增多,7d达高峰(P<0.05),14d恢复正常(P>0.05)。提示BDNF表达的变化可能与脊髓可塑性有关。To explore BDNF expression changes at different timepoints(3, 7, 14, 21 d) after transected spinal cord injury(ISCI) in rats. Immunohistochemieal ABC and the positive neurons counting methods were used on the 20 μm sections of spinal cord. The results showed that: ( 1 ) BDNF positive produets were mainly distributed in cytoplasm of motorneurons in ventral horn ; (2) The number of BDNF positive cells in 3 and 7 d groups after operation increased compared with normal group, significantly in 7 d group ( P 〈0.05 ) ,whereas there was not difference between 14, 21 d groups and normal group in ventral horn neurons. The results indicate that the expression changes of BDNF may be related with spinal cnrd plasticity.
