摘  要:目的测定人血浆内皮素-1(endothelin-1,ET-1)的含量,探讨 ET-1与青光眼尤其是正常眼压性青1光眼(normal tension glaucoma,NTG)的关系。方法放射免疫法测定 NTG 患者、原发性开角型青光眼(primaryopen-angle glaucoma,POAG)患者,正常人血浆 ET-1的含量。结果血浆 ET-1浓度 NTG 组为34.5±5.70pg/ml,POAG 组为37.3±6.19pg/ml,正常人组为39.2±6.15pg/ml。NTG 组与正常人组差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),而 NTG 组与 POAG 组、POAG 组与正常人组差异无显著性意义(P=0.087、0.273>0.05)。结论提示可能 ET-1仅在眼局部扮演血管活性角色,调节视神经血液供应,与青光眼性视神经病变相关。(中国眼耳鼻喉科杂志,2005,5:353~354)Purpose To explore the relationship between plasmatic ET-1 and glaucoma especially NTG. Methods The plasmatic ET-1 in NTG,POAG and normal persons was measured with radioimmunoassay. Results The concentrations of plasmatic ET-1 were 34.5 ± 5.70 pg/ml, 37.3 ± 6.19 pg/ml, 39.2 ± 6.15 pg/ml in NTG, POAG and normal persons respectively. The difference between NTG and normal persons was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ), whereas the concentrations between NTG and POAG. POAG and normal persons were not statistically different ( P = 0. 087,0. 273 〉 0.05). Conclusion It is suggested that ET-1 may play an active vascular role locally to modulate the blood supply of optic nerve which is related with glaucomatons optic neuropathy.
