摘　　要：目的探讨肝细胞生长因子(hypatocyte cell growth factor,HGF)在上颌窦鳞癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化 SABC 法对40例上颌窦鳞癌及8例正常上颌窦黏膜组织中 HGF 的表达进行观察。结果 (1)HGF 在上颌窦鳞癌组织中的表达显著高于正常黏膜组织(P<0.01)。(2)HGF 表达随肿瘤 T 分级增高而增强(P<0.05)。(3)HGF 的表达高低与肿瘤复发和术后生存率未见明显相关性(均 P>0.05)。结论HGF 表达在头颈部鳞癌的侵袭进展过程中起一定促进作用。(中国眼耳鼻喉科杂志,2005,5:371～372)Purpose To explore the expression of hepatocyte cell growth factor（HGF） in maxillary sinus squamous cell carcinoma.Methods HGF was examined immunohistochemically in 40 cases of maxillary sinus squamous cell carcinoma and 8 eases of normal maxillary sinus mucosa. Results （1）The expression of HGF in squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal mucosa（ P 〈 0.01）. （2） The expression of HGF increased with tumor grade （ P 〈 0.05）. （3） The expression of HGF was not associated with the prognosis significantly （ P 〉 0.05） .Conclusion The expression of HGF facilitate the invasion of maxillary sinus squamous cell carcinoma.
