腮腺Warthin瘤87例手术疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨不同手术方式对腮腺 Warthin 瘤处理的预后效果。方法回顾分析我院1980～2003年期间86例腮腺 Warthin 瘤不同手术方式的临床预后情况,手术方式有3种:单纯肿块切除、肿块加腮腺浅叶切除、肿块加腮腺全切除。结果 31例采用单纯肿块切除(1995年以前多采用此术式),7例手术后复发。48例肿块加腮腺浅叶切除,1例手术后复发。7例肿块(位于腮腺深叶)加腮腺全切,手术后无一例复发,但存在轻度口干和面部潮红等症状。结论肿块加腮腺浅叶或全腮腺切除为腮腺 Warthin 瘤的治疗方式。(中国眼耳鼻喉科杂志,2005,5:377～378)Purpose To investigate the prognosis of patients with parotid Warthin tumors undergone various surgical interventions. Methods Retro-study of 86 cases of parotid Warthin tumors treated in our hospital from 1980-2003, there were three kinds of operations： only removal of the mass, removal of the mass plus superficial parotid gland and removal of the mass and total parotid gland. Results 31 cases were performed single removal of the mass and 7 cases recurred; （ we mostly did the srugery before 1995）.removal of the mass and superficial parotid was performed on 48 patients gland and 1 case recurred;7 eases were undergone removal of the mass and total pamtid gland and no recurrence was observed, but some patients had symptoms of dry mouth and red face. Conclusion Removal of the mass and superficial of parotid gland or total parotid gland maybe the optimal treatment for parotid Warthin tumors.
