摘　　要：操作能力包含操作技能与操作知识两个方面,本文从学生的智力发育特点出发,以金工实习为例,探讨了如何对这两个方面施教,从而取得较好的教学效果。Operational capacity consists of operative skills and knowledge of operation. This paper, starting from the discussion of students＇ intelligence development and taking metalworking fieldwork as an example, discusses how to improve students＇ operative skills and increase their knowledge of operation, so that good teaching results can be achieved.
