摘 要:采用热重分析法对几种典型燃料油膜的蒸发特性进行研究,结果表明:燃料物性和油膜厚度对其蒸发特性影响很大;壁面油膜厚度与壁面温度是控制油膜蒸发形成均质混合气的关键;以油膜蒸发方式制备柴油均质混合气时,对应(200~600)μm的油膜厚度,如蒸发率要达到30%~50%,壁面温度应为(150~180)℃,而汽油只需(40~60)℃;若蒸发率达到95%,则柴油所需壁面温度为(200~250)℃,汽油所需为(50~100)℃;从燃料改性设计制备均质混合气的角度出发,需提高柴油100℃以下的蒸发特性.Fuel films of several typical fuels were investigated by thermogravimetric analysis. The results showed that the fuel property and thickness of the film would greatly affect the evaporation, and the controlling of film thickness on the wall and the wall temperature is the key factor to control film evaporation for preparing the homogeneous charge. For getting the diesel homogeneous charge through film evaporation, the wall temperature should be set at (150-180) ℃ for diesel and(40-60) ℃ for gasoline to make 30%-50% of film evaporation, while for getting 95% of film evaporation, the wall temperature should be set (200-250)℃ for diesel and (50-100)℃ for gasoline in the case of fuel film thickness is between (200-600)μm. Based on the properties of fuels, the evaporation characteristics of diesel below 100 ℃ should be improved.
