摘 要:目的:探讨抗氧化剂茶多酚(TP)联合维生素C(VitC)、维生素E(VitE)对染尘大鼠血液中抗氧化酶活性的影响。方法:40只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为5组:对照组、石英粉尘组(SiO2组)、TP组、TP+VitC组和TP+VitE组,每组均为8只。分别检测各组大鼠血液中一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性和丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果:TP联用VitC、VitE可明显降低染尘大鼠血液中NO、MDA及NOS的活性及显著提高染尘大鼠血液中SOD、GSH-Px的活性(与SiO2组比较均有显著差异:P<0.05)。结论:茶多酚联合维生素C、维生素E对石英粉尘引起的氧化损伤具有较好的抑制作用。Objective: To investigate the effects of tea polyphenols (TP) combined with vitamin C and vitamin E on antioxidase activity in blood of silicotic rats. Methods:40 male Wistar rats were used and randomly divided into five groups: control group, silica (SiO2) group, TP group, TP+VitC group and TP+ VitE group. Each group had 8 rats. The activity of NO, MDA, NOS, SOD and GSH-Px in blood were detected respectivly. Results: TP combined with vitamin C, vitamin E could decrease the NO, MDA, NOS activity and increase the SOD, GSH-Px activity in blood of silicotic rats significantly (compared with SiO2 group:P〈0.05). Conclusions:TP combined with Vit C, Vit E has certain inhibitory effects on oxidative damages induced by silica dust.
