多焦视觉诱发电位在客观视野评估的研究现状

摘　　要：视野检查是法医临床学视功能评估的重要指标之一。多焦视觉诱发电位(mVEP,multi-focalvisuale-vokedpotential)技术能精确、敏感、快速、客观地检测视野。笔者结合国内外文献,对mVEP的刺激、记录、分析方法及其在视野评定中的研究现状进行综述。In the practice of forensic clinical medicine, the inspection of the visual field is one of the essential measurement to evaluate the visual function. The technique of multi-focal visual evoked potentials, as an objective perimetry, can be used to examine the visual field more accurately and more sensitively but less time consuming, Popular investigations on this technique in recent years are summarized in this review.
