摘　　要：分析了WebGIS现有的几种设计思想的特点,从应用角度提出了一种新颖的WebGIS的设计构想——利用DCOM/ActiveX技术,在网络中传输数据量较小的关键型矢量数据代替传统的传输静态压缩图片的方式,从而大大缩减了网络通信量,进而有效地提高了系统的响应速度。This article analyses the characteristics of several design conceptions of the existing WebGIS and a novel design conception of WebGIS from the applications is proposed.It uses the DCOM/ActiveX technique to transfer the pivotal vector data in network instead of the traditional fashion which transfers the static compressed picture,So it cuts short the network traffic ,and improves the respond speed of system effectively.
