摘　　要：本文报告了我院于１９５８～１９９４年收治的２３１例嗜铬细胞瘤。临床资料显示，肿瘤位于肾上腺１７３例（７５％），肾上腺外５８例（２５％）。恶性嗜铬细胞瘤２８例，其中位于肾上腺７例（２５％），肾上腺外２１例（７５％）．本组中有７例（３％）表现为无临床症状的静止型嗜铬细胞瘤。提出了对这些病例的处理原则。对潜在儿茶酚胺性心肌病的防治，可减少手术死亡率。恶性嗜铬细胞瘤的诊断要靠长期的严密随访。wo hundred and thirty-one cases of pheochromocytoma who were admitted in our hos-pital from 1958 to 1994 were reported.The clinical data showed that the tumors located onadrenal were 173 cases(75%).extraadrenal were 58 cases(25%).of Twenty-eight malig-nant pheochromocytomas 7 cases were in (25%)and 21 cases(75%)extraadneal.In this report 7 cases nad stationary pheochromocytoma with no clinical features. The principles of treatment to these cases were presented.The operative motality could be reduced by the pre-vention of potential myocardiopathy.The diagnosis of malignant pheochromocytoma shoulddepend upon the long-term close follow-up.
