α_2──巨球蛋白治疗家兔绿脓杆菌性角膜溃疡角膜组织病理学观察

摘　　要：观察分析了用α2─巨球蛋白（α2M）滴眼剂治疗家兔绿脓杆菌性角膜溃疡过程中角膜组织病理学改变。将绿脓杆菌接种于家兔角膜实质层内，建立绿脓杆菌性角膜溃疡模型后以α2M滴眼剂治疗。结果发现：用药后第1、3、5天，对照组角膜上皮层脱落，基质内充满炎细胞，基质纤维排列紊乱部分断裂溶解，部分坏死组织脱落形成溃疡面；α2M治疗组上述改变明显轻于对照组。表明：α2M滴眼剂对绿脓杆菌性角膜溃疡炎症反应和溃疡的形成有明显的抑制作用。The histopathological changes of rabbit corneal ulcer induced by pseudomonas aeruginosa were studiedafter the treatment with α2-macroglobulin eye drops. We established the animal models of corneal ulcers by injecting pseudomonas aeruginosa into corneal stroma of the rabbits, subsequently treated with α2-macroglobulin eye drops. On the first, third and fifth day after treatment, in control groups the corneal epithelia peeledoff, and corneal stroma were full of inflammatory cells, and corneal stromal fibers arranged disorderly. Thenecrotic tissues peeled off and formed the ulcers. In α2-macroglobulin treatment groups, the above changeswere slight. The results indicated that α2-macroglobulin can strong1y inhibit corneal in flammatory reaction andulcer formation induced by pseudomonas aeruginosa.
