摘　　要：大学生自我教育的实效体系应包括:建立自我教育的引导机制;加强学生组织建设,保障自我教育的集体条件;充分利用非正式组织,为学生创造更广阔的自我教育空间;在学生日常学习生活中寻求自我教育的良机;在丰富多彩的校园文化中实现自我教育。What an effective system of college students＇ self-education should include is as follows, the construction of a mechanism for self-education; the strengthening of the construction of organizations to guarantee a collective condition for self-education; the full utilization of informal organizations to create broader room for self-education; the seeking of good opportunities for self-education from students＇ everyday life and study, and the realization of self-education in the colorful culture of campus.
