摘 要:以7个粳稻品种和4个籼稻品种为材料,分析了稻米加工品质和外观品质在江苏省不同生态地区间的差异及其变化特征。结果显示,不同的水稻品种对不同生态环境的适应性存在着差异,并有强弱之分;粳稻的加工品质根据其品种类型的不同,在不同稻区有不同的表现,籼稻的加工品质在江苏中北部地区表现较好;粳稻品种的外观品质在江苏中部里下河稻区较优,籼稻品种的外观品质则以纬度较高的地区较优。Eleven rice cuhivars including seven japonica cuhivars and four indica cultivars were tested to study rice milling qualities and rice appearance qualities among different regions of Jiangsu Province. The results indicated that different cultivars showed varied adaptabilities to different environments. The milling qualities of japonica cultivars in different regions varied with cultivar types, while the milling qualities of indica cultivars in middle and northern regions performed better than those in other regions. The appearance qualities of japonica rice cultivars in Lixiahe area were better than those in other regions, while the appearance qualities of indica cultivars in the regions of high latitude were better compared with those in other regions.
