摘　　要：产业集群是区域经济发展的一种模式,在成本、创新等方面都具有竞争优势。而产业集群内成员之间的知识流动、整合以及集群的整体竞争范围对整个产业集群的经济表现有重要影响,文章通过模型分析,引入知识流动因素,较为全面的论述了产业集群的绩效结构。Industrial cluster is a kind of mode of regional economic development, which takes advantage of some aspects such as cost, innovation, etc. And the knowledge flows of members, knowledge integration and the scope of competition influence the whole industry economic performance. This paper introduces the knowledge flows on the basis of a model, so it demonstrates comparatively overall influence factors of industrial cluster＇s performance.
