摘　　要：本文以MVCD制造设备控制系统为研究对象,采用单片机为处理芯片的控制系统设计方案。介绍了制造设备控制系统整体设计,具体说明了硬件设计的基本原理和方法,包括微处理器模块、过程通道模块以及人机接口模块设计等。设计了控制系统的应用程序,应用了模糊控制理论对模管进气端和出气端的压力差进行控制,减少了控制系统振荡,获得了较好的效果。This paper selected the MCVD process control system as the main research object.According to the process requirements, the authors used micro-controller as a control system design plan and introduced some basic principles of the hardwares designing of the control system, which included microprocessor module, procedure channel module and human-machine interface module designs etc.The authors also introduced control system design of both manufacturing technology and applying program. Finally, the fuzzy control theory was applied to the control system for controlling the gas pressure difference between the inside and outside of the air mold. The good result has been achieved using this design.
