摘　　要：基于“实在论”和“社会结构主义”的理论视角,日本的环境政治学理论研究,一方面受被曲解的“环境伦理学”影响过大;另一方面,不是受现行的政治环境左右趋向于社会结构主义,就是偏重于对这一政治过程的说明。而实际上最需要的首先是阐明“保护环境”究竟是什么这一基本问题。From the theoretical perspectives of realism and social constructionism, the current environmental political theories in Japan are overfed by the distorted ＇ environmental ethics＇ on the one hand, and are dominated by the social constructionist approach and devoted to a theoretical explanation of the actual political process on the other hand, while the most urgent work for them is to answer the question correctly of “protecting environment”.
