氪离子激光治疗缺血型视网膜中央静脉阻塞

摘　　要：目的探讨缺血型视网膜中央静脉阻塞的氪离子激光治疗的疗效。方法回顾性分析我院应用氪激光全视网膜光凝治疗的缺血型中央静脉阻塞102眼的临床资料。结果 102眼缺血型视网膜中央静脉阻塞中73眼有效,占71．56％;27眼好转,占26．47％;2 眼因玻璃体出血,继发新生血管性青光眼或并发白内障失明而无效,占1．97%。结论对于缺血型视网膜中央静脉阻塞的患者应尽早实行全视网膜光凝术治疗,确保有效光斑的总数与密度是全视网膜光凝术成功的关键。Objective To explore the effect of laser treatment on ischemic type of center retinal vein occlusion. Methods 102 eyes with ischemic type of center retinal vein occlusion were treated with Krypton laser panretinal photocoagulation in ocular clinic of our hospital, the data were analysed clinically and retrospectively. Results Of 102 eyes with schemic type of central retinal vein occlusion, visual acuities were effective in 73 eyes, the efficient rate was 71.56% ; improved in 27 eyes, the rate was 26.47% ; ineffective in 2 eyes with vitreous hemorrhage, secondary glaucoma or complicated cataract, the rate was 1.97%. Conclusion The panretinal photocoagulation appears to be the first choice for ischemic type of central retinal vein occlusion, so it should be performed as early as possible, to ensure the position and volume of laser burn, which is the key point of success.
