摘 要:采用田间小区结合盆栽试验,对旱地氮肥不同分配方式与小麦产量和品质的关系进行了研究。结果表明:氮肥分期施用比一次作底肥施用不仅能增加小麦产量,而且能改善其籽粒品质。孕穗期和扬花期追施氮肥,能提高小麦蛋白质、面筋含量和沉淀值,它们分别从15.0%,28.21%和31.97mL增加到16.3%,33.06%和36.27mL;而产量最高是氮肥播种前作底肥和拔节期追施2次施用的处理。因此,在可能条件下,小麦最好是分期施用氮肥。The field plot trials in combination with pot experiments were adoptedstudy the relationship between different N fertilizer application prescriptions and wheatyields and qualities in rainfed farmlands.The results showed that N fertilizer applicationin stages better than that only once as the base fertilier could not only increase wheatyields but improve the qualities of wheat grains as well.N topdressing to wheat in thebooting stage and flowering stage improved wheat protein contents,gluten contents andSDS-sedimentation values,increasing from the original 15.00%,28. 21%and 31.97ml tothe present 16.3%,33.06%and 36.27 ml respectively,while the maximtim wheat yieldswere obtained in two treatments,i.e,N application as base fertilizer before sowing and Ntopdressing in booting stage,Accordingly,it is better to apply N fertilizer to wheat instages under the possible conditions.
