晚期胰腺癌介入治疗的近期疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察晚期胰腺癌介入治疗的近期疗效.方法对12例晚期胰腺癌患者予以ADM 50mg(或DDP60mg)、5-Fu 0.5～0.75g、MMC 10 mg、HCPT 10 mg进行动脉灌注或同时联合肝转移癌栓塞,4周重复.结果全组患者有效率(CR+PR)为25%,中位生存期7.6个月.结论介入治疗可能是治疗晚期胰腺癌的一种有效方法,值得进一步研究.Objective To observe the effect of interventional treatment for advanced pancreatic cancer patients. Methods Twelve patients were re- ceived intra-arterial chemotherapy or received intra-arterial chemotherapy and embolism chemotherapy （ADM 50 mg or DDP 60 mg, 5-Fu 0.5 - 0,75, MMC 10 mg, HCPT 10 mg）. They were repeated for 4 weeks. Results The response rate （CR ＋ PR） was 25 % . The median survival time was 7.6 months. Conclusions The interventional treatment may be an effective approach to the patients with advanced pancreatic cancer. Its treatment value is worth further studying.
