云南电大师资队伍建设规划质量分析

摘　　要：加强师资队伍建设,努力培养造就一支结构合理、素质较高、专兼结合、特色突出的教师队伍、技术队伍、管理队伍是建成现代远程教育开放大学的关键。云南电大应通过师资队伍建设规划的可行性研究,建立《规划》质量监控体系、评鉴方法以及质量标准、评估指标,建立系统化的监控组织和反馈渠道,进一步研究成本效益,探讨实施队伍建设所产生的经济效益和社会效益及为学校和个人发展带来的益处。The strengthening of the building of teacher ranks and the construction of teacher, technician and administrator ranks with proper structure, high quality, both professional and concurrent in instruction and administration and distinct characteristics are the key to building Yunnan RTVU into a modern and open distance university. Through the feasibility study on its plan for building teacher ranks, Yunnan RTVU should establish its quality control system, appraisal methods, quality standards, evaluation index of the plan as well as its systemic control organization and feedback channel and make a further study on its cost-effectiveness, economic returns and social effects as well as the benefits brought by the implementation of the plan for the university and individual development.
