摘　　要：当前“公司+农户”组织运行存在困境与问题。公司与农户博弈的结果是难以形成合作的纳什均衡,因而难以建立长期稳定的合作关系。其深层原因在于这种组织自身的制度缺陷。农业产业化组织的改革与创新将是逐步建立规范的农民合作组织。At Present, the operation of “corporation ＆ Farmer” organization is in a dilemma. It is difficult for the consequences of the gam among Corporation and Farmer to be in cooperation Nash Equilibrium, and it is hard to establish the steady cooperation relationship between Corporation and Farmer for a long time. The in - depth cause of it lies in the institutional fault of organization. The tendency of reform and innovation in agro - industrialization organization is to establish normal farmer cooperation organization.
