摘  要:目的:比较整体固化与分层固化光固化复合树脂的压缩强度、拉伸强度及弯曲强度。方法:采用特制的模具制备5种光固化复合树脂(C learfil AP-X、Tetric Ceram、F iltek Z250、Charism a、Durafill VS)整体固化试样及分层固化试样,然后在万能材料试验机(AGS-10KNG,岛津)上测定材料的压缩强度、拉伸强度及弯曲强度。结果:在压缩强度方面,除Durafill VS外,其它材料分层固化物均显著大于整体固化物;在拉伸强度方面,除C learfil AP-X和Durafill VS外,其它材料分层固化物均显著小于整体固化物;在弯曲强度方面,除Durafill VS外,其它材料分层固化物均显著小于整体固化物。结论:分层充填固化可提高混合填料型复合树脂的压缩强度,但会降低其拉伸强度和弯曲强度,分层充填固化对超微填料复合树脂的力学性能无显著影响。AIM:To compare the compressive strength, tensile strength and flexural strength of bulkily filled and incrementally filled visible light - cured composite resin. METHODS : Bulkily filled and incrementally filled testing specimens of five commercial composite resin (Clearfil AP-X,Tetrie Ceram, Filtek Z250,Charisma and Durafill VS) were fabricated according to manufacturers' recommendations. The specimens were subsequently subjected to compressive testing,tensile testing and flexural testing using an Sbimadzu Universal Testing Machine with a crosshead speed of 1.0 mm/min. Data were analyzed using ANOVA/Student's t test (P 〈 0.05 ). RESULTS :The compressive strength of bulkily filled composite was lower than that of incrementally filled composite except Durafill VS,the tensile strength of bulkily filled composite was higher than that of increnlentally filled composite except Clearfil AP- X and Durafill VS, and the flexural strength of bulkily filled composite was superior to that of incrementally filled composite except Durafill VS. CONCLUSIONS:Incremental filling technique can improve the compressive strength of hybrid composite resin restorations,but it also may decrease the tensile strength and flexural strength.
