摘　　要：近年来,随着根管预备器械种类的不断增多和技术的不断完善,许多复杂根管的治疗得以顺利完成,大大提高了根管治疗的质量。但如何在完善根管治疗术的同时最大限度的减少或避免器械折断的发生是目前学者们普遍关心的问题,现就近几年的研究状况做一简要综述。Recently,with the development of instrument manufacture and therapeutic technique, many complicated root canal system can be treated successfully However,how to decrease or aviod the risk of instrument fracture arouses attention of dentists, Researches about this field are reviewed in this article.
