Construct swiftly and effectively quality e-learning resources in higher education institutions

摘　　要：媒体素材资源是高校教学资源的基础,而教学资源建设又是高校教育信息化建设的核心,针对当前高校网络教学资源建设存在的问题,从本校网络教学媒体素材资源建设的实际情况出发,探讨了快速高效建立高校优质教学资源的思路。The authors of this article have made analysis of the current state of constructing e-learning resources in higher education institutions. They have summarized 4 major issues existed prevailingly in the higher education institutions: difficult to specify criteria of constructing e-learning resources in higher education institutions; no proper solution to the intellectual property rights; contradiction between integration of teaching resources and convenient reapplication, dislocation of teaching resources in teaching quality assessment. Addressing to the current status and the existing issues of constructing e-learning resources in higher education institutions, the authors hold such views as to proactively search for existing teaching resources via developing relevant policies of intellectual property rights in teaching resources and integrate equitably the professional ranks in developing teaching resources; to make great efforts in constructing the five categories of source materials via teaching media like text-based, graphic and diagrams-based; audio-based, visual-based and animated-based. The content of source materials via media should based on a certain key-point of knowledge in one particular knowledge unit of the teaching courses and enlarge gradually the resources bank of source materials via media in accordance with the orientation of course, specialty and field of study. At the end of this article, the authors offered an introduction of the practice in Chongqing Industry and Business University according to the above-mentioned theory to construct the resource platform of multi-media on-line teaching source materials.
