摘　　要：卒中后抑郁能阻碍患者日常生活能力和神经功能缺损恢复,造成卒中病程迁延,是影响卒中后患者生活质量的最主要原因之一。文章对卒中后抑郁的流行病学、发病机制和治疗等做了综述。Poststroke depression is an important cause that impacts the quality of life in poststroke patients as it hinders patiems in their activities of daily living and the recovery of neurological deficit, as well as prolongs the course of stroke. The article reviews the problems of epidemiology, pathogenesis and treatment of poststroke depression.
