摘　　要：随着发病率的不断增高,痴呆已成为神经科学界关注的焦点。近年来的研究发现,血浆同型半胱氨酸与认知功能密切相关。文章对同型半胱氨酸的代谢、在认知功能减退和痴呆中的可能作用机制及其与认知功能的关系进行了综述。With the increasing incidence of dementia disorders, dementia has become a focus of great attention in neurological sciences. Recent studies have found that plasma homocysteine levels are closely associated with cognitive functions. The article reviews the homocysteine metabolism, its possible mechanisms of action in cognitive decline and dementia and its relationship between homocysteine and cognitive function.
