摘　　要：我国新修订的《婚姻法》对探望权赋予了强制执行的效力,然而由于种种原因,人民法院出现了“执行难、执行探望权更难"的现象,对此必须引起高度重视。于是就探望权案件执行的特殊性、执行难的原因和对策等作了探讨。Newly modified Marriage Law of China empowers visiting rights to be forcibty executecl. However, for various reasons, there appear the phenomena of “difficult in execution and more difficult in executing visiting rights” in People＇s Courts, to which high attention must be paid. This paper discusses the particularity, the reasons for difficulty in execution, and the countermeasures in the execution of visiting rights.
